  • What are your store hours?
    Our business hours are from 10 am - 6 pm, From Mondays through Fridays, 10 am - 4 pm on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays.
  • Where is Lapidary Arts located?
    We are located at 3400 Preston Rd #250, Plano, TX 75093. Visit us during business hours, or contact us for any inquiries.
  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?
    At Lapidary Arts, all purchases must be paid in full, and we do not offer financing or payment plans. However, for custom orders and repairs, you have the option to pay once your piece is completed for added security and peace of mind. We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
  • Do you create custom jewelry?
    Yes! We specialize in custom designs and can create rings, necklaces, bracelets, and more tailored to your preferences.
  • Can I bring my own gemstone for a custom piece?
    Yes! We can work with customer-provided gemstones to create a custom setting or design.
  • How long does a custom jewelry piece take to make?
    The time required for a custom jewelry piece depends on the complexity of the design. If it’s a small or simple piece, it may take about a week or two to complete. However, for larger or more intricate designs—especially those requiring CAD modeling, laser work, or detailed craftsmanship—the process can take significantly longer. We will provide an estimated timeline once we finalize the design details.
  • How long do repairs take?
    Most repairs may take a while depending on the piece, but some can be completed the same day, depending on the service.
  • Do you offer jewelry repair?
    Yes! We provide ring resizing, stone setting, chain repair, polishing, and more. Bring your piece in for an assessment.
  • Can you resize my ring?
    Yes! We can resize rings to fit perfectly. Prices vary depending on the material and complexity of the adjustment.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards in-store via our secure card reader. Customers can choose a printed receiptor receive it via text message.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Yes, sales tax applies to all purchases in accordance with local and state laws.
